Busy Quarter

I am happy to say that it has been a vey busy quarter for us here at EMA.   Here are some of the goings on….

Nominated Scottish Home Awards Small Housing Development of the year for McDonald Road Colonies.

Planning approval for 17Nr units @Standhill Farm for Barratt West.

Warrant Approval for Wester Cowden -Site N2 with Barratt East.

Stage A Approval – Burdie House Phase 2 with Barratt

Stage A Approval – Ostlers Way Phase 2 with Dundas

Building Warrant granted for private disabled adaption project  incorporating Swimming pool and accessible living facilities.

Superstructure Building Warrant approval for Cruden’s 25 flatted units at McLeod Street

Planning permission also the following:

112 new homes at Buchanan House Livingston for Barratt Homes.

Final phase of development at Hallhill, Dunbar for 240 new homes.

140 units at Ferrygate, North Berwick, for Miller Homes.

5 houses in Linlithgow for Cala.

Granted planning permission for conversion of historic Mrs Formans Pub Musselburgh, (being the oldest golfing club in the world), from Restaurant to Private dwelling.

Planning application was submitted for Hawkhead Road, Paisley for approx. 600 units for Miller Developments, for Home Farm, Edmonstone, approx. 700 units fir Edmonstone Homes,

Met with Penicuik Community Council to progress new masterplan for approx. 600 units at Mauricewood.  We also met with local community groups to progress application for student housing in Muirhouse, Edinburgh.

Been selected to design a private hospital at Edmondstone Estate and submit a detailed planning application.

Planning application submitted for 46 homes at Fulmer Way, Dalgety Bay For Muir Homes as well as 58 new homes at Kingdom Park, Kirkcaldy for Avant Homes.

PAN submitted for mixed development at Kingslaw, Tranent for Barratt Homes.

On Site at Lochend Urban Eden.

Station Road Dunbar Going on site for Dundas

Site start for 50 units at Mains Farm, North Berwick as well as 31 units at Turpie Road Leven, for Cruden Homes / Hart Builders as

Continuing Technical support for the Phoenix House site operations.

Variation to planning consent submitted with the view to taking the Royal Hotel, Inverkeithing, conversion project on site this year.

A successful public exhibition was held foe Levenhall, Mauricewood as well as Waterfront Plaza for Cala.

And last but by no means least..

Martin has been leading the group of technologists towards a full CIAT chartered membership.
