RECENT SUCCESSES

June 2011: Planning permission granted for first two phases of 127 houses and flats at Dalmore Mill near Penicuik for Miller Homes.
June 2011: Detailed planning permission expected shortly for 500 houses at Duloch Park in Dunfermline for Taylor Wimpey.
June 2011: Submitted detailed planning applications for 46 houses in the grounds of a listed mansion house at Castlebank, Port Glasgow for Muir Homes.
June 2011: Construction of new house in the listed walled garden of Thirlestane Castle 50% complete, for Rt Hon Cptn Gerald Maitland Carew.
June 2011: Planning permission and listed building consent granted for a conversion of the listed Luggate Steading in East Lothian, for Wilkie Construction.
June 2011: Practical Completion achieved for the new lottery funded Loanhead Community Learning Centre in Midlothian, for LCLC.
May 2011: Planning permission granted for 525 houses at Hallhill in Dunbar, for the Hallhill Development Company.
May 2011: Completed third phase of contract to complete 120 flats at Plot 28, Granton Harbour. Phase 4 commenced June 2011, for Frasers Property.
May 2011: Submitted PAN for a zero carbon development of a 120,000sqft supermarket, hotel and 200 houses in controversial site in Edinburgh's greenbelt, for Baywater.
April 2011: Planning permission granted for 192 houses and a care home at Armadale Station.
March 2011: Submitted detailed planning application for 126 flats at the Lochend Butterfly, one of the first projects to be delivered by the National Housing Trust, for Places for People.
March 2011: Planning permission granted for second phase of Bellway's development within the Wester Cowden masterplan in Dalkeith.
March 2011: Appointed to assist developer of Scottish Sustainable Communities Initiative project for a mixed use masterplan of 1,200 houses and commercial land at Whitecross near Linlithgow to produce deliverable solutions for the first phases of development.
February 2011: Planning permission granted for 40 houses in the Kirkliston masterplan area, for Persimmon Homes, adding to the 250 houses we obtained consent for on behalf of Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes in the same masterplan in 2010.
February 2011: Planning Permission granted for development of 59 new homes in the grounds of listed mansion in Gattonside, Scottish Borders.
November 2010: Planning permission granted in principle for 1000 houses, a school, supermarket, local centre, hotel and 30 hectares of employment land at Armadale Station in West Lothian for EWP.
November 2010: Planning permission granted for a 40,000sqft supermarket and local centre at Armadale Station in West Lothian for EWP on behalf of Asda.
